Spent my Christmas at this hotel and I must say it was a pleasant experience. The hotel's staff were very welcoming and attentive even during a busy holiday season. The location was very handy as it was near the bus terminal and we didn't have to worry about missing our bus. The Wi-Fi was good and we were able to watch TV during the evening.

The hotel is located on a busy road, so the traffic can be quite noisy. The windows were also quite thin, so we could hear the beeping horns continuously.

The noise pollution around the hotel was unbearable, with traffic sounds disturbing our sleep the entire weekend. The windows could not block the noise, making it difficult to rest after long days exploring the city.
